Rise as One is a professionally operated travel basketball organization serving 3rd – 12th grade players from Northern/Central New Jersey communities. Rise as One maintains operations in The House of Sports, one of the largest privately held gyms in the area. Rise as One, unlike other clubs, provides year around training and competition with professional coaches. Our coaches provide college level direction for each team along with a variety of age specific skill development programs. The Rise as One management team consists of full-time professionals who are committed to providing the very best player and parent experience for all.
One practice weekly
Rise as One understands that players and parents are busy with other activities during the winter months. However, extra practice and improvement opportunities must be a priority throughout the winter. We hold one practice on Friday for an hour, Rise as One creates a good balance of extra practice time and game play.
one game weekly
No matter how hard you try, it is impossible to replicate game speed and game situations by yourself. Therefore, Rise as One offers players the opportunity to compete once a week. Athletes benefit from this competition because game experience develops your skills in ways you cannot do on your own.
tournament / league
During the winter months, Rise as One enters our teams into local basketball tournaments or leagues. Because it is local, all travel is light and games are in a forty-five minute radius of northern New Jersey.
Each player is provided a uniform jersey for game play. In order to help keep costs down, jersey t-shirts with name on the chest and number on the back are distributed to compete in tournaments or leagues.
